And its a reallly convenient vegan option =)
Chipotle believes in environmentally conscious food that is not harmful to the earth or the animals that ultimately end up as their product, and that is really admirable. Because of their high standards, major suppliers have started to raise theirs. Also, their food is delicousss...a vegetarian fajita burrito bowl with lots of corn and hot salsa, and no sour cream/cheese sounds amazing right now. I think that more major "fast food" chains should take a page from Chipotles book, and we'd all be better off
